After 18 years in the courtroom, Carson Menges knows his way around a trial. Being from Belleville, Illinois himself, Carson knows the ins and outs of the courts in Saint Clair County, Madison County, and across the river in Saint Louis. Carson’s seen the legal world from both sides of the fence. Before starting his own firm, he worked defense cases and represented plaintiffs – giving him a real edge in knowing how the other side thinks. What really pushed him into personal injury law? Seeing too many companies choose their bottom line over people’s lives, especially in asbestos cases.

In 2016, Carson started Menges Law Fim with one goal: giving clients the attention they deserve.
